How to stay safe
- We will never ask for your password, PIN or full one-time code by phone, SMS or email.
- Never share a one-time passcode — not even with someone claiming to be from the bank.
- Check the sender. Fake messages and links imitate banks to steal your details. When in doubt, type our address yourself.
- At the ATM, cover the keypad, watch for anything unusual on the card slot, and never accept help from strangers.
- Beat "too good to be true" offers. Reward, refund and investment scams pressure you to act fast — slow down and verify.
- Keep your app and phone updated, and use a screen lock and biometrics.
